Operations Manager
Gayle Muir
Gayle has been with us since inception as Operations Manager. Previously coming from a strong administration / customer services background in various roles within the Reserve Bank, Army Reserve and Education Department, Gayle is highly experienced in networking, fostering strong client relationships and developing administration processes. Gayle’s role involves implementing processes and overseeing our Learning Management System as well as maintaining contact with our Support Networks.

Health Care Manager
Betsy Devasia
Betsy is an experienced Registered Nurse, gaining a decade of valuable experience both overseas and in Australia. Betsy’s role is to oversee all elements of support, compliance within NDIS practices, ensuring staff receive appropriate training and providing competency based assessments on staff. Betsy has experience in Aged Care, Disability and general medical nursing. The breadth of experience Betsy brings to her role ensures our clients and staff have a key contact when required. Her role is also to ensure the staff are supported and have the appropriate training to deliver high intensity support.

Care Coordinator
Jennifer McAuley
Jen has experience in the Community Services sector covering Housing and Homelessness services, Family and Domestic Violence Assistance services and most recently Disability Care and Support services. Prior to this, Jen also spent time fostering a love of learning in our youngest community members through her roles in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector ranging over 3 years. She is passionate about making a difference for people from all walks of life and knows that the smallest change can overcome the greatest challenges. Jen looks forward to working with participants and their families to achieve their set goals and greatly improve quality of life, for all persons living with disability.

Team Leader
Jessica Powell
Jess also started within Meraki Care as a Disability Support Worker. Her genuine, caring nature, passionate work ethic and ability to identify shortfalls has seen her progress to Team Leader. Being a Team Leader, she overlooks the smooth running of the SIL homes and maintains regular communication with staff and participants.

Team Leader
Angela Bishop
Angie is a dedicated, hardworking professional with a passion for supporting others. With a genuine love for interacting with both staff and clients she is committed to ensuring that their needs are met, and that the highest quality of care is provided. In her role she overlooks the smooth running of the SIL homes, she also communicates and interacts with the client, their families, and Allied Health Team, to ensure participants receive quality, goal orientated support. Angie was initially one of our Disability Support Workers, who quickly progressed to Team Leader through her diligence and organisational abilities, to one of our very proficient Team Leaders.
