Ltd., we know how important it is to have the freedom to choose your preferred living arrangement and to assist you to exercise this freedom, we bring you our customised Home & Living options. We offer a range of modern housing and tenancy options that work for you. From short-term accommodation to supported independent living, our accommodation options are here to help you live your life the way you want.

All decisions are made in consultation with you, and our supportive staff is here to answer all your questions, throughout the process.

We also ensure the terms of tenancy are properly discussed and finalised after careful consideration. Your peace of mind is important to us.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supported Independent Living (SIL) can provide you with an opportunity for greater independence while ensuring you still have the support you need to navigate everyday life.

SIL is a 24/7 support system where we help you with and/ or supervise the development of daily living tasks and other necessary skills to work towards the goal of living as independently as possible.

Our team are not only here to provide assistance within the home but also encourage you to get out in the community and achieve your goals. We can also help you manage your week, whether it be attending regular appointments, supporting you at work or other community-based activities.

Independent Living Options (ILO)

An Individualised Living Option (ILO) is an NDIS support that lets you choose the home you live in and set up supports in the way that best suits you. An ILO is a package of supports that can help you live how you want in the home environment you have chosen.
It’s not the home itself.

ILO supports let you to work out how you want to live, where you live and who you live with. There are lots of choices with ILO. You can share your home with friends or housemates. Or you might choose a Host arrangement or on your own with tailored support.

Short Term Accommodation/Respite (STA)

Short Term Accommodation is funding for support and accommodation for a short time away from your usual home. It covers the cost of your care in another place for up to 14 days at a time and includes the cost of your personal care, accommodation, food and activities which you and your provider agree to. It is often funded when your usual carers aren’t available or for you to try new things or to have a short break yourself.

Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is specifically designed for people who require specialist housing solutions. There are different types of accommodation available based on the support needs of the people residing in them.

SDA is entirely accessible and could have provisions for things like ceiling hoists in bedrooms and bathrooms, home automation, emergency power backup and assistive technology.

As your Support Provider we will be able to connect you to our SDA housing provider contacts to choose your SDA option based on your NDIS plan.
